The main goal of the project was to investigate the effect of electro Bio-reactor on the MBR wastewater treatment system and to reduce the rate of membrane fouling. The model contained two similar tanks with 1 lit/hr capacity. Two positive and negative electrodes were used in one of the tanks with changeable distance between them. It was possible to measure the membrane pressure and permeate flow. Total capacity for this system was1 lit/hr. [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] The device was built for a PHD student of Shahid Beheshti University. the thesis was "The Removal of Pathogenic Agents From Water's Micro plastics with UV Lamps". This study required uniform temperature (up to 80˚C) along with 9 housings with magnetic stirrer. more over, each house should be able to set the amount of rounds per minute. Also, as the pilot needed UV lamps to examine the effect of disinfection, it became a new brand design. It has the automatic temperature control and all the necessary means to protect the operator from UV lamps. Continuous operating is an advantage of this model. Currently, this model is used to investigate the effect of red mud in nitrate removal. Operational process: This pilot is consisted of different parts in order to replace and remove, and is capable of crating different hydraulically and operational conditions. It contains coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, sludge and effluent storage systems and thus increasing the number of modules will be really easy. its possible to add or remove special equipment regarding the desired project. In this method compared to similar models, using advanced oxidation process, the amount of produced electricity and desalination is increased along with treatment speed. in this pilot, anionic and cationic membranes, carbide and titanium electrodes and a UV lamp were used. This model was designed for a phd student from university of Tehran.
