Carbon Column Filter

Pilot Carbon Column Filter Absorbent columns are used in the refining process to measure the absorption of various types of contaminants and chemical or physical parameters. The height and diameter of the pilot can be changed in terms of discharge and type of absorbent according to the design. Gravity and pressure can also be modeled and applied.   Performance: This pilot column is an active carbon that drains upstream and out of it. Due to the porosity of the material inside the column and the gravity of the pilot, the flow rate will be limited. It is also possible to enter the wastewater from the bottom and exit it from the wastewater. The sample is internally filtered, aggregated and measured. By installing the sampler valves, there will be a possibility to sample from different points of the column and the efficiency of different sections.

Wastewater Treatment Pilot Using UASB+A2O Method

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] This pilot was ordered by a master student of Khaje Nasir Tusi university in order to extract Kinetic parameters in industrial wastewater treatment plants using combine UASB and A2O methods. The pilot itself is consisted of two parts: 1- A UASB anaerobic unit including a process pillar with 20 mm diameter and 100 cm height as UASB reservoir, and 2- A wastewater treatment package using A2O method with general dimensions of 35*35*80 mm and 3 consecutive storage (anaerobic, aerobic, Anoxic). at the end a hopper sedimentation unit is used to deposit and return the sludge. An airlift system is used to return the combined liquids and sludge. This pilot has a 3 lit/sec capacity. The model contained aeration and effluent storage tanks. Simple and low equipment design along with simple operating were key factors of this model. Membranes were provided by the costumer and flat sheet membrane design and fabrication were done in Rashab Tarh Company. Electro Bio-reactor Membrane Pilot for Wastewater Treatment

The main goal of the project was to investigate the effect of electro Bio-reactor on the MBR wastewater treatment system and to reduce the rate of membrane fouling. The model contained two similar tanks with 1 lit/hr capacity. Two positive and negative electrodes were used in one of the tanks with changeable distance between them. It was possible to measure the membrane pressure and permeate flow. Total capacity for this system was1 lit/hr. This study required uniform temperature (up to 80˚C) along with 9 housings with magnetic stirrer. more over, each house should be able to set the amount of rounds per minute. Also, as the pilot needed UV lamps to examine the effect of disinfection, it became a new brand design. It has the automatic temperature control and all the necessary means to protect the operator from UV lamps.
